We have special attention to the choice and preparations of the food, to offer the flavour of our land respecting the genuine and lightness.
Breakfast, with no limitation, is served from a buffet our Guest have a full range of products offered: fresh and cooked fruits, fruit salads, fruits juices, fresh yogurt, brioches, bread choices, cheeses and salami, best jams, surprise bakery , with all the hot beverages.
Dinner, a considered gastronomic level, give you three menu choices, one of them always with Elba fresh fish on the base.
Lunch and Dinner have a rich buffet of vegetables salads and fantasies dishes.

On request we prepare for you also vegetarian menus based on tofu and saitan.

Once a week (from middle of June to middle of September) we organize a beautiful garden dinner with music with no extra charge, to spend a nice and funny evening, always respecting each one privacy.

For our little guest we have a special kitchen and service. The children menu is prepare apart and serve half an hour before the main meals.
