Sailing: Elba to love - trip on the southern-west side to discover the wonderful bays, from 02 P.M. until 06 P.M.
Trekking: "The Roman Columns", from 09 A.M. until 12 A.M. - easy
Kayak: "The Cave Coast", from 03 P.M. until 07 P.M. - easy
Mountain bike: "Monte Calamita", wonderful paths included the world champion mtb downhill, from 08 A.M. until 01 P.M. - medium
Tuesday
Sailing: trip around the island searching dolphins and fin whales, from 10 A.M until 05 P.M.
Trekking: "Ginevro Cave" excursion inside the galleries of the cave of Mount Calamita, from 9 A.M. until 01 P.M.
Mountain bike: "The wondeful paths of West Elba", from 8 A.M. until 13 P.M. - medium
Kayak: "The water hole", from 03 P.M. until 07 P.M. - easy
Wednesday
Sailing: Elba to love - trip on the southern-west side to discover the wonderful bays, from 02 P.M. until 06 P.M.
Trekking: "Top of Elba" the Mount Capanne, from 9 A.M until 01 P.M. - difficult
Kayak: "The emerging underwater Volcano", from 2:30 P.M. until 07 P.M - medium difficulty
Mountain Bike: "West Elba" hard hills and long downhills forward the sea, from 4 P.M. until 08 P.M. - difficult
Thursday
Sailing: trip around the island searching dolphins and fin whales, from 10 A.M until 05 P.M.
Kayak: "The caves of Pianosa Island", from 08 A.M. until 05 P.M. - medium
Trekking: "The Iron Mines", from 9 A.M. until 05 P.M. - easy
Friday
Sailing: Elba to love - trip on the southern-west side to discover the wonderful bays, from 02 P.M. until 06 P.M.
Mountain bike: "In the hearth of iron", paths of East Elba, from 08 A.M. until 01 P.M. - medium
Trekking: "The mystical peak and the Pisan Church of San Bartolomeo", from 09 A.M. until 01 P.M. - medium
Kayak da mare: "The secluded beaches of South Elba", from 02 P.M. until 06 P.M. - easy
Saturday
Sailing: trip around the island searching dolphins and fin whales, from 10 A.M until 05 P.M.
Trekking: The villages on the western side, soft trekking, from 09 A.M. until 01 P.M.
Kayak: Beaches on the southern side, from 02:30 P.M. until 06:30 P.M. - easy
Mountain bike: "Stations of the 2nd world war", from 04 P.M. until 08 P.M. - easy
Sunday
Kayak: "The Iron Coast" (Marina di Campo - Capo Caldo), from 10 A.M. until 06 P.M. - difficult.
Sailing: Elba to love - trip on the southern-west side to discover the wonderful bays, from 02 P.M. until 06 P.M.



Guided Trekking, Sea Kayak and Mountain Bike excursions for small groups (max 8 people).
Every excursion is cover from insurance "L.reg.30/7/97 disciple of the professions of environment excursionist guide".
The cost of the excursion to the pubblic is € 30,00 for half day, € 40,00 for the whole day and € 90,00 for sailing trips. Sea kayak excursions include the kayak and the equipment.
