» Our hotel: general condition

After receiving the booking confirmation via e-mail or fax, you should send the deposit with one of the following system. The deposit send with an international bank translation will be taking from your account with the bank expenses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The amount of the deposit is the 30% of the total amount of the booking.

Cancellation policy (reservation made by our booking online excluded)
100% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation 30 days before the booked arrival date (50% from 29 to 16 days before). No refund will be given if notice is recived later than the forementioned terms.
In case of an earlier departure, we reserve the right to invoice up to 3 nights, payment for only room accommodation.
