The Garden of Hotel Danila has a long history. Born from the passion of Ms. Danila in the 60s, it is treated with the same dedication and with the desire to create a pleasant and full of good vibrations.

An authentic locus amoenus of the ancient traditions.

The main structure of the garden consists mainly of trees and shrubs that took part of the myths and the sacred space of the Great Civilizations of the Mediterranean basin.

Among the various plants that populate the garden, we have the Olive Tree (Olea Europea), Laurel (Laurus nobilis), Pine Italic (Pinus pinea), eucalyptus (which gives rise to one of the names of our rooms) The pomegranate (Punica granatum) and other species can give color and scents.

Among the shrubs, instead, we have the Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), the Pittosphorum (Pittosphorum), Lavender (Lavandula), Oleander (Nerium oleander, that is also the name of our larger rooms), Rock Rose (Cistus).

But the wonders does not stop here: we also have Camellias (Camellia japonica), Hydrangeas (Hydrangea), Wisteria (Winsteria sinensis), Jasmine (Rhyncospermum jasminoides and another name of our rooms with no view).

Particular care is put in the cultivation: we use almost entirely products fertilizers and medicines only allowed in organic farming (horsetail, nettle, propolis, neem oil, etc...). All of this is made to ensure the most natural and environmental protection.

But the garden is not limited to beauty. The rooms are surrounded by plants and shrubs benefit from genuine aromatic scents which, together with the color spots of annual flowers and shrubs more productive in terms of flowers (lantana camara, plumbago, polygala myrtifolia), creating the union of good vibrations that are the spirit and the true soul of this garden.
